Choose the subscription that best suits your little reader and tell us a little about them, including their age, hobbies and interests. We’ll hand-pick four preloved children’s books and send them straight to your door each month.

How do you personalise my child’s books?

We use the information you provide at checkout, including your child’s age, interests, hobbies and favourite things, to help us choose books we think they’ll enjoy.

What condition will the books be in?

Every book is individually checked by us and must meet our Quality Guarantee. Books will be in good to like-new condition, with no books included that we wouldn’t be happy to give to our own children.

Will I receive brand new books?

Our subscriptions are exclusively preloved. We believe great children’s books deserve more than one reader, so every book has already been loved before and is ready for its next little reader.

Will I receive the books shown on the website?

Not necessarily. The books shown are examples only. Every subscription is individually selected, so your box will be different and personalised to your child.

What ages do you cater for?

We currently offer subscriptions for children from newborn through to age 8. We choose books appropriate for your child’s age and stage.

Can I request specific books or authors?

Absolutely! If there are particular authors, characters, themes or types of books your child loves, let us know in the order notes and we’ll do our best to include them. We cannot however guarantee their inclusion, as our stock changes each month.

What if my child already owns a book you send?

We’ll do our best to avoid duplicates based on the information you provide. If you have a particularly well-loved collection, you can let us know what they already have in the order notes.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! UK delivery is included with your subscription, so there are no additional delivery charges to pay at checkout.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the terms of your chosen subscription.
